6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping for Book Orders
All book orders (GPP: One of a Kind) are processed through this website and fulfilled by Gray M.C.A Ltd. Orders are typically shipped within 1 week of purchase via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on destination and delivery method selected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for book purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Any such issues must be reported within 5 days of receipt by contacting us via gallery@graymca.com.

Artwork Sales
All original artwork sales are final and managed exclusively by Gray M.C.A. Please contact gallery@graymca.com for details on shipping, availability, and terms for artwork purchases.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Squarespace for hosting and analytics. External media (e.g. YouTube) may place cookies. Each provider has its own privacy terms.

8. Comments & Submissions

Comments (if enabled) must not:

  • Contain abusive or infringing material

  • Violate applicable laws

We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.
